I originally called Cardinal Plumbing in when I had a back up in my basement. Rory came in and quickly figured out that there were quite a few problems with the way the plumbing was set up in our home and he was very informative about all of it. Unfortunately for us, that meant that we had to completely replace the old cast iron / clay main drain pipe. I highly recommend Cardinal to anyone who values working with a family run company that does quality work and is, at the same time, professional, reliable and accommodating. We were dealing with a crisis at my Dads home from a distance and they bent over backwards to make the timing work for us - first visit and fix all in one day at a very fair price. Great plumbers and great people. We can't thank them enough!!!

Cardinal was very quick to respond. David the plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable. They ran a new line, installed a new sink and installed a sump pump. I am very happy with the all the work. Holly the office support was also very friendly, quick to respond and accommodating. I would highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with Cardinal Plumbing. They were prompt, efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. Both Bill and Tim were polite and friendly. I would highly recommend Cardinal to anyone looking for a good plumbing company and will definitely use them again if we ever have to!
