Came in to investigate a sound coming from under the engine. Random intermittent, Told it was the water pump. Along the way they replaced the coolant reservoir, and the serpentine belt. Picked up the car and it was still making the same sound. Came back the next day and asked for the pump. The removed pump appeared to be fine making no sound.
