People are very rude, pushed me off like I was an inconvenience, It was our first and last visit, my daughter had a fever I was told that first time moms tend to overreact, although my daughter is less than 1 year of age and fevers can be dangerous, turned out we all had the flu and my daughter had to be seen somewhere else. Do not take sick children here, well visits may be ok but sick visits absolutely not.

This office hasn’t been the same since Dr. Beckett left. I tried to give Dr. Casto a chance, but unfortunately, my experience raised some concerns. I brought my daughter in for a rash, and he suggested it might be poison ivy. I explained that seemed unlikely, given that it was the middle of winter with no possible exposure. When I shared my concerns, his response seemed defensive, which made the interaction uncomfortable and caused me to question his clinical judgment. We are SO very grateful for the Doctors, Nurses, and Staff at Cardinal Pediatrics in Parkersburg. We have been at the same pediatrician for roughly 5+ years until last year. We as parents had nerves as where to go next when we needed to move on. We were fortunate enough to find Cardinal (Parkersburg Location) and their Doctors.
