QUIET place to live,I agree with some of these comments,but what I have to say is about the pool,of course any pool needs maintenance,some yrs more than others,to get to my point they say they are going to close the pool down for this summer because expensive costs of opening and repairing some leaks,this yr 2025,I must say the pool is a plus back here if you use it once or use it 10 times a summer,if you close it your taking the sales value away from the owners condos when they sell,I purchased back here because of it and I... read more

Worst place ever. The HOA is terrible and do not follow the rules. Did not paint deck or take care of the outside of place. When it snows they do not have the streets cleaned Terrible place. Never got a pool key and they threatened to people that they are going to shut it down every year. Should not make people living here feel that way. Does not matter if you go to an HOA meeting because everyone in the HOA tells everybody what was said in the meetings. Too much gossip

Favoritism always happens if you aren’t old or haven’t been here or don’t suck the Hoa off you don’t get special treatment like some other people do it doesn’t make sense how some people are able to occupy three or sometimes two spaces depending on how handy capable they are to park into the lines but whenever I try to get work done for my bathroom or kitchen and I have somebody park around my house I always have a complaint within several hours And remember, you can get your own parking paved if you’re part of the Hoa

The recent HOA is the worst it's been and along with it, the management company. It USED to be a nice place to live. No care about the health and safety of residents. The board can't seem to get enough people for a quorum to be voted in positions.
