I can only comment on the administration as I was never actually able to complete the process to use this service. Twice, my consult meetings were cancelled on me and I graciously agreed to move them to a later date, delaying my nanny search. Once more, I was asked to reschedule (even though Cardinal indicated times in which they could meet, although never followed through). When my husband had his stroke five years ago, Cardinal Nannies & Caregivers was highly recommended to us. The service we receive from our caregivers has been excellent and a lifesaver. They have gone above and beyond in helping my husband transition and have encouraged him to develop his skills. This is the only service we would use.

My 90 year old mother was bedridden after a bad fall in June. With 24-hour help from caregivers at Cardinal Nannies, she is now mobile and able to manage on her own. The PSWs always encouraged her to improve, providing lots of activities, exercise, and companionship. At the office, the staff responded quickly, and were extremely helpful. We were lucky to find Cardinal, and would recommend them to anyone requiring home care..
