The guy at the front desk could use a new personality. Wished him a good morning, and got nothing. Waited for their call for a quote but after waiting most of the day, I went in to check on my vehicle. Saw that my vehicle was done as it was parked out front( mind you, no call, no quote/price..nothing. Just went ahead with it) walked in and asked front guy " oh, it's done?" his response " mm hmm. great service got a quote made an appointment they pulled the car in and within the hour replaced the exhaust cross pipe HATS OFF BEST SERVICE
They used an impact gun to pulverize my oil filter housing. They cranked it on so hard They couldn’t even get their socket off so they left it behind. Nothing said, no attempt to fix. Just sent it out the door like it was all good. Maybe they have unexperienced workers doing an oil changes/ maybe they dont care or have time but I wouldn’t trust this place with the most simple task in the future.
