Very unhappy. Waste of time and money - save yourself and go somewhere else!. Spent $395 for a home appraisal and they never sent me lock in rates after my mortgage was approved so I could not close the mortgage. When I complained about not getting rate quotes (they claimed the market was too "unstable" - but other lenders were still publishing their rates) , they claimed my mortgage was incomplete (how can that be since I was approved??) and withdrew my application after wasting my time for over 6 weeks with no explanation ... read more
