It seems that folk only go out of their way to leave a bad review. Well let me balance things out a bit. The medical system is already stressed but somehow Norwich Road managed to get me in within a couple of hours. From there I was treated with empathy and listened to. Managed to get my drugs and hopefully, I'm now on the road to recovery. Great service. Cheers

I have recently moved to uk and currently have not been registered despite applying since 3 weeks , unfortunately I had a small emergency where my daughter accidentally fell down on the way back to home after school and sustained a minor injury with mild bleeding on forehead . We rushed to cardinal as the nearest gp surgery for first aid but to our surprise they just refused to even give first aid and stop bleeding and said that you are not registered here so you can’t be treated here !!! I phoned this morning at 8.05 to find I was 31st in the queue and waited 1 hour 20 minutes and was then greeted by a very helpful Linda, was given an appointment at 11.00 this morning, I was seen on time and given antibiotics to start the healing process despite all the negative reports this practice get I have always had good results. Apart from the very long wait on the phone Well done to the overworked staff

It's a sad thing when you have write a negative view about your doctors surgery.I had a nasty bladder infection,and after being 45 in the telephone queue,decided I would visit the surgery.My husband dropped me off.I walked in,to be told you cant just walk in you have to call,I explained I just needed to book an appointment,no,I couldent do that.So,went home ,and sat in the phone queue for over an hour.Sad times.
