Called for a repeat prescription, refused to help me said that they no longer deal with that medication and to see a pharmacy, when explained I’ve been on the same medication for a decade and I just needed a repeat, the receptionist became so rude it was unreal told me she wouldnt help and I need to see the pharmacy, I then asked so see the doctor, she refused to give me an appointment or even discuss one, was once gain told to see the pharmacy, I’ve recently had leg surgery and walking is difficult and sore, so I can’t get ... read more
Really not happy as was sent to AE . 6 hours in there took half a hour to park . And nothing was done . And as the nurse said it was a cop out . Didn’t need to send me there they could have seen me a the practice..
