Dr. Kapoor care his patients and supportive all the time. He has great knowladge and skills about his profession. Highly recommended.
Absolutely would not recommend Dr Kapoor. He is always behind (I understand things happen, but it is routinely 45mins+ late) and lacks professionalism. Conversations around reproductive health always become "what if you want children?" and when discussing a diagnosed mental health concern, I was told to just meditate so I wouldn't need the medications prescribed by my psychiatrist.
Dr. Kapoor is an amazing doctor, but the reception staff is horrible and straight up rude. They don’t even listen to you and keep speaking over you.
Dr. Kapoor can be inconsistent with quality of care. Sometimes he’s great, other times I question his consultation. In asking for referrals, he is quick efficient and supportive. However, he gave us pediatric advice that went against the information in the AHS booklet and sends us for test but does not follow up until we call. Extremely difficult to get an appointment in a timely manner. I’m usually put on hold for 10 minutes or more, only to book an appointment two - three weeks out.
Dr. Amteshwar Kapoor is truly one of the best doctors in town. He has been my trusted family doctor for years, and I can confidently say that it is because of his dedication and guidance that I was finally able to undergo my much-needed surgery last week. He not only referred me to the right specialists, but he also consistently followed up with them on my behalf.
