I personally do not recommended this apartment complex to anyone! Nothing but issues, unprofessional upkeep and no heat! This place needs to be inspected by city officials asap!
Unreal the landlord doesn’t even care these people have no heat. Unreal Mayor Ron Kroll doesn’t step in. I’m guessing the city council and mayor were heavily involved with the person who bought the bldg & turned it into apts. These tenants are citizens in a town the Mayor is supposed to be managing. Contact the landlord. TAKE ACTION!!! DO YOUR JOBS!
QMark 10Kw electric unit heaters with built in fans. 480v 3 phase. I have 6 right now and will have more in the next couple months. Will negotiate on price if purchasing multiple. All work great, and used indoors for a short time. On Atlantic Area swap Mike MacEachern. Get those people some decent heat........
No heat, no AC contracted illegally!! Been this way for 6 years. Renters beware!!
