Unreal the landlord doesn’t even care these people have no heat. Unreal Mayor Ron Kroll doesn’t step in. I’m guessing the city council and mayor were heavily involved with the person who bought the bldg & turned it into apts. These tenants are citizens in a town the Mayor is supposed to be managing. Contact the landlord. TAKE ACTION!!! DO YOUR JOBS!
QMark 10Kw electric unit heaters with built in fans. 480v 3 phase. I have 6 right now and will have more in the next couple months. Will negotiate on price if purchasing multiple. No heat, no AC contracted illegally!! Been this way for 6 years. Renters beware!!
I am not an attorney but if you are not providing services required by law then your tenants should hold their rent in escrow until you fix this mess. Shame on you.
