Absolutely terrible experience. Shawn Quigg is unprofessional and incompetent. I came to him for a simple title transfer and he complicated the process, made countless mistakes, and took weeks longer than it should have. Even the bank became increasingly frustrated with him, as he would take days to respond between communications, would ask for clarification on matters that were made abundantly clear many times, and fumbled name spellings and made other errors.
