2 months ago had physical and was assured all medications would be refilled when needed. Nope, it’s been 7 days for the anxiety medication, which Dr denied last week, called 3 times asked for refill or why? No answer. Ended up having to make appointment as follow up. When I got there they were acting as if this is an annual!!! If they in fact bill as an annual physical it will not be paid for, so I am waiting to see the actual bill. Made an appointment with Dr. Moussavi to see if he would be willing to figure out why I had so many issues but not full blown issues yet. He had a sign in the room that said, "we are willing to treat chronic conditions for up to 2 years IF patient cooperates" that should have given me a clue as to what their philosophy is. I thought internal drs deal with complex/difficult cases...that's why I made an appointment here! Dr. Moussavi said, "good luck finding a dr" as I was leaving the room. wow.
