If I could give a zero I would. The Iranian lady at the front desk and the Iranian nurse are incredible rude and gas light you. I came 15 minutes early for my 3:45 appointment. They didn’t see me until 4:15 pm. When I got into the room the nurse says it says here you’re a new patient I respond, I’m not a new patient. To which she responds we’re not gonna do this with that attitude- I was so taken aback at what she said and I’m so incredibly upset . Whenever I call the office and have the pleasure of speaking with Deedee, she is always wonderful, patient, and incredibly efficient. She consistently follows up with updates from my provider and keeps me informed regarding refill requests and other matters. Her warm, welcoming demeanor and the kindness in her voice make every interaction a positive experience. She truly goes above and beyond in providing excellent patient care and customer service. The practice is very fortunate to have her as part of the team!

I work in home health and I’m always working with this office and I have to say it is truly rare to find office staff that are so friendly and nothing is ever an inconvenience. DeeDee sticks out to me. I’m obsessed with how friendly and helpful she is. I always feel better in my day after talking to her. 🥹 I just feel so fortunate that there are people still so amazing who take customer service seriously. 🩷
