It is unfortunate that the primary care physician at Cardinal Internal Medicine in a medical emergency has an incompetent staff with no empathy whatsoever. When I call the office and express that I cannot make it to the medical appointment; because I'm very sick, I can't drive and I don't have family to drive me to the appointment.
