I’ve used Cardinal Insurance on multiple properties & autos since 2006. Helene hits & they’re completely unreachable. An insurance company hides? Vanishes? Ignores? all calls, emails, in person visits. I thought they’ll have a mobile set up, a card table, any presence to take care of the county damaged so heavily but it took over 2 weeks to get an email saying they’re confused why I’m in touch?
