Great location and overall love the size of the units. The new HOA is much needed and has had great updates to the community. While it is an older building, the overall upkeep and cleanliness has been great. No issues with rodents or bugs as someone else mentioned, so may be only in their unit as we are not seeing anything. Always plenty of parking, and the pool and gym are a great bonus. As with any community you have an array of neighbors, but that comes with the territory. I HATE living here. Bldg water shutoffs every month, ants, mice, occasional roaches and water bugs. We are extremely clean and have had every possible pipe hole crack filled, even have to close drains at night. Noisy neighbors downstairs and upstairs no one uses carpet or rugs, hear stomping loud laughing, yelling, doors sliding, dropping things, rolling marble sounds, slamming, thin floors. Beware if you move on the 4th floor there's an old guy who says he's a DJ and that's all great n stuff but the condo is not supposed to be a loud booming dancehall. Time and place for everything, and this is supp to be a residential community with peaceful enjoyment :( and many don't seem to care about units next to or below them, rolling and moving stuff on the hardwood floors (they apparently don't care about using rugs) all hours of the day and night
Not a bad place to live but good luck getting anything done through the office
