Beware if you move on the 4th floor there's an old guy who says he's a DJ and that's all great n stuff but the condo is not supposed to be a loud booming dancehall. Time and place for everything, and this is supp to be a residential community with peaceful enjoyment :( and many don't seem to care about units next to or below them, rolling and moving stuff on the hardwood floors (they apparently don't care about using rugs) all hours of the day and night
Not a bad place to live but good luck getting anything done through the office
A bit threadbare in public areas
Been here 2 months and love it so far.. I haven’t seen any roaches or other pests (which is a very important factor to me) so I’m wondering where the other reviewer lives that he saw them (floor etc) 😱. Very spacious living area esp bedroom and fast commute to work for me 😊
Fine, has roaches though.
