Kelly worked with my insurance agent from the very beginning. My house was re-wrapped with vinyl due to wind damage. The re-wrap went really seamlessly. Kelly communicated with me, the ins. agent , his team clearly and was thorough from initiating the project to the last detail. My neighbors have already begun to call him for home repairs!! My house looks fantastic!! Oh and he replaced my gutters too! I will definitely use this company again.
Kelley Schaefer, owner of Cardinal Home Improvements, is a man of integrity. He did great work replacing my roof and gutters at a fantastic price. Highly recommend!
5 stars all the way. These guys saved me! They came out and gave me a full assessment, pinpointed my issue on my leaking rook and chimney. They fought the insurance adjuster for me and got my new roof installed. Cant say enough good things about the team and their work
If I could leave a negative star amount I would! Cardinal installed a roof on my home for the previous home owner 4 years ago. When installed they missed a section of drip edge resulting in water damage to the underwood of my roof. During a storm a piece of facia was ripped of reveling this damage that had been occurring from a long period of time. We are talking crumbling wet side boards and plywood under the singles.
