Cardinal Heating & Cooling is the best combination of excellent service and knowledgeable workers. Our home has a more complex combination of HVAC systems and Cardinal has been great to work with on routine maintenance, new installation and will be using them for eventual upgrades and replacements in the future. Every interaction I've had over the phone and in person has been refreshing and incredibly helpful.

I have had Cardinal install a furnace, clean & maintain the furnace and old A/C, and today - repair the old A/C - and every visit has been a good experience. Today my A/C compressor stopped working. They quickly sent a technician (Matt) who diagnosed and replaced the damaged part and got things working again in less than an hour. The workers are polite, friendly, and efficient and leave things in good order. I am happy to work with a company that I can trust.

This is fantastic company that got roped up in some false accusations. They had amazing communication and they are probably being brigaded from earlier. We were wrong and the people here were very kind about it. If they handled things like this I know they will handle your business in the best and most professional way.

My AC failed late evening on a day with temp' of 96+. Cardinal responded same day. It was an after hours call, but Matt was professional and thorough. It was the compressor. Cardinal worked with the supplier to confirm the unit was still under warranty and had the new compressor installed the next day. It's been running flawlessly. They gave me all the pricing upfront, answered all my questions, and there was no push to replace the entire unit. I definitely recommend Cardinal.
