My first visit was so-so. The fact that this place does cardiology and urgent care is odd to me. My second visit, however, I waited and waited. After 30 minutes or so. Someone with the same first name as me went back when I heard my first name called. Another 20 minutes go by - so 50 total - and the lady at the front desk went to see what happened. If I could leave zero Stars I would. I waited for over an hour for a doctor to come in there for less than a minute. Never have I ever felt so disrespected and so. I couldn't even give him my most concerning parts because as soon as I gave him one thing he just left. This place is a money pit and only sees you as payment they do not care about your health.
The facility itself is inferior. When you call, you’d be lucky to actually get a person to answer the phone. When you leave a message, nobody calls you back. It’s impossible to get your prescriptions in a timely manner. The wait to see your provider is atrocious. My provider told me to stop taking a blood pressure medication that I’d been on for 20+ years. I felt horrible. They're absolutely terrible about sending out referrals. I've been trying to get one to a specialist since November. (Now March) I've called several times to check on it and it still has not been received even though when I call Cardinal they say it's been sent. The one time it did get sent it (a month ago) it went to the wrong place. Still waiting on a correction with no avail. Very unprofessional.
