This place is an absolute joke. The doctor and staff here are laughing In our face when we have serious pain issues that reflect on how we are able to live our daily lives. Not only do we already have to live with the pain that we’re suffering with but the Doctor himself takes pride In knowing one of his patients might be suffering from withdrawal due to him and his staff not getting paperwork in properly and efficiently. If I could give zero stars to this doctor’s office, I would. This clinic being a joke is an understatement. They put the clinic and the staff above their patients. When it comes to caring for their actual patients, that is the last thing on their mind. I would even go so far as to say that they abuse their patients Due to the power that they hold over getting medication‘s in properly. If they don’t like a patient and they want you to suffer from withdrawal symptoms, they will make sure that it happens.

This place is a joke for primary care let alone cardiology. If I could give no stars I would. I had been sick for days before going to see what was wrong. They tested me for Covid and flu, they didn’t say weather it was positive or negative. The PA seemed unsure as what to do, kept going in and out the room, he seemed agitated at me being upset and telling him I was in pain and miserable. Never have a problem when I come. Dr. Jay knows his stuff, and he and his staff are very professional.
