This place is a joke for primary care let alone cardiology. If I could give no stars I would. I had been sick for days before going to see what was wrong. They tested me for Covid and flu, they didn’t say weather it was positive or negative. The PA seemed unsure as what to do, kept going in and out the room, he seemed agitated at me being upset and telling him I was in pain and miserable. Never have a problem when I come. Dr. Jay knows his stuff, and he and his staff are very professional.
My first visit was so-so. The fact that this place does cardiology and urgent care is odd to me. My second visit, however, I waited and waited. After 30 minutes or so. Someone with the same first name as me went back when I heard my first name called. Another 20 minutes go by - so 50 total - and the lady at the front desk went to see what happened. If I could leave zero Stars I would. I waited for over an hour for a doctor to come in there for less than a minute. Never have I ever felt so disrespected and so. I couldn't even give him my most concerning parts because as soon as I gave him one thing he just left. This place is a money pit and only sees you as payment they do not care about your health.
The facility itself is inferior. When you call, you’d be lucky to actually get a person to answer the phone. When you leave a message, nobody calls you back. It’s impossible to get your prescriptions in a timely manner. The wait to see your provider is atrocious. My provider told me to stop taking a blood pressure medication that I’d been on for 20+ years. I felt horrible.
