The staff are exemplary and above standard. I had to do community care from Veterans affairs and everything was explained to me in detail to make me feel comfortable. I also had to do a stress test and that was done expeditiously as well as comforting. As well as the explanation of the procedure. The only reason I'm leaving a review is because it is very difficult to get in contact with them unless you are in person. The first visit was fine… the second visit was a nightmare. The third visit was phenomenal due to the doctor just being an overall awesome provider!
The first visit was fine… the second visit was a nightmare. I waited over an hour to be seen for my appointment just to learn the lady who was checking in patients skipped over me and had the patient who came in ten minutes after me go before me to be seen; even though her appointment was after mine. There was no empathy or compassion shown by the front desk after this huge mistake. The front desk lack of care, accountability, and customer service defeated the great customer service received by the rest of the team!
