The entrance for OTR opens at 5am. They will send you to a door. This is for delivering. Then you will back up then put the chocks on and will wait for someone to come for your paperwork. I got here at 5am my appt was 5am. Other trucks pulled in but so far it is first come first serve. Looks like there is overnight parking outside the warehouse. Took about an hour to get unloaded. Great customer service!
My appointment is at 6:30 in the morning and they got me in early.
