Terrible insurance. Filed a claim and the Rude people at ACI who handle their claims were just as terrible. They told me that a wellness check was not the same as a preventative check up. Ended up paying the whole amount out of pocket. The people at Health Insurance innovations are liars and this company covers nothing. Look somewhere else for insurance . I have.
