Terrible customer service wont respond to emails or applications
Pretty decent experience, was helped after a few minutes, given a door, was unloaded in 10 minutes. All in all was in and out within a half hour. So not too bad at all.
the WORST customer service ever. i would go for ZERO star if theres an option... Especially someone there is named Vanessa .
