Their customer service is truly the kindest. I specifically spoke with Mattie, and she was so sweet and helpful. We need a fix for one of our baby gates, and she have helped me to resolve our issue and more. We will always support this company :) We have also been very happy with our baby gate. It has held up amazing over the years.
I bought my gate secondhand and none of the mounting hardware was included. I reached out to Mattie at Cardinal Gates assuming it was not possible to get the missing parts, but I was quite wrong. All I did was send a picture and Mattie took care of the rest. Not only was she able to find the exact parts I needed and offer them at a reasonable cost, she also got them in the mail same day! The only person more appreciative is my two year old daughter!
10/10 Customer service! Would highly recommend! Shoutout to Mattie and the team!
