I have 4 issues with this company. 1. The secretary knowledgeable about their product and services. 2. They cannot keep record of the complete scope of work that they did on a job. 3. The warranty only transfers once so even if their product fails after 3-4 years as it looks like it is starting to you're SOL. 4. I purchased a fixer upper first home and after a while i noticed quite a few cracks developing in my basement floor from around the support polls. this was quite alarming as this is my first house and it seemed as if it was falling into the earth. Steve and his team are AMAZING - as in amazingly wonderful, professional, and thorough. We have used Cardinal several times over the years - tor regrade the front yard, disconnect storm drains and lay french drains, construct a raised bed, build a retaining wall, fix a foundation crack, install a sump pump (which - if you saw our basement was a serious project!) and its drain, and assessed various issues, which weren't NOT issues and were normal.
