New homeowner here: very disappointed by the confusing expectations and poor communication by HOA. Can’t get anyone on the phone or in person.
I've lived here for over a decade, and am honestly so disgusted with how the office is "managed ' these days. You can't go to the office without an appointment, and trying to get a phone call back or an email is like pulling teeth. They claim to have locks on their doors diu to people "acting crazy," (there words,) but will not give us a fob for our doors. Ana at the office is honestly helpless. The neighborhood used to be a lot nicer until the board of directors started accepting the poor quality of work from Cardinal Management. Their refusal to even consider putting a proposal out to try to get another management company means that the property will continue to look run down.
Very professional association. I love the community, and the work association does. Thsnk you guys.
