Lir was nothing short of exceptional. He was available for questions seemingly 24 hours a day- even when he was on vacation! He explained everything with an honest and transparent approach. It’s cliche to say he was there for us every step of the way, but it’s so true. He kept us updated, and guided us through the purchase process; making buying a house as painless and easy as possible. If/when we ever sell our new house, we will not consider going to anyone other than Lir.

Lir Dahl and his team did it absolutely fantastic job up to get me my loan in your house. They worked with me every step of the way or proactive on it obtaining documents required materials to make sure that I was able to close on time. 10 out of 10 could not recommend this guy enough
