Dale is great but Cardinal Financial is not, look elsewhere for a home loan.
We have utilized Cardinal Financial for the past 2 years, specifically Dale Prisk. My family and I were in rather horrible situation with our home and had to do a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Once we paid everything off and were seeking a home we found Dale. He not only listened to what we went through but got us in our new home and in exactly 2 years into a conventional loan.
