We were referred by Heather to use Cardinal Financial as our lender when first deciding to buy a house. We worked closely with Kali and Hailey throughout the process and they were very helpful! We were pre approved by 2 other banks and used this one which had the highest interest rate cause the recast option was desirable for our situation. We had to constantly email the same same documents several times, 4 or 5 out of approximately 25 of which were our fault and not the correct documents. This became increasingly annoying as our loan officer and her team decided to start working on our loan about week out from closing, we went a month not hearing from anyone.
