Do not go here!!!! Save yourself the headache. There was lots of miscommunication within the team. Clearly working from home is not very effective. They delayed my process a lot and continuously requested information towards the end that was communicated in the beginning of the process. Again, failure to communicate with each other. It was extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone there. FIRST communication EVER with my loan officer did NOT occur until about two weeks into the process. Briant was very professional, informative, and responsive. He answered all concerns and gave me guidance on the process. He explained everything and gave suggestions for loan products that best fit my need.He was able to close my loan in 5 weeks and it went smoothly 🙂
