John Madeira was amazing and was also a miracle worker. We were previously working with another lender and they were terrible. John was prompt and very personable. He was transparent about the whole process and was there to answer any questions no matter when. I highly recommend John if you are looking to purchase a home.

What a joke! My assigned agent had absolutely no idea about the loan process. It was up to me and my experience to double check his work and find his mistakes. Potential thousands of $$$ I found when double checking the documents prior to signing. Fees that were not applicable to me where included in the settlement agreement and needed to be corrected on day of settlement. Settlement papers were not up to date on date of closing. The entire staff was super friendly and professional,especially John Madeira he was with me from the start of my 2 year process. Walking me through everything I needed to do step by step,encouraged me to never give up,and was so patient when I would get frustrated or contact him a million times a day especially the last week. Josh was great, but the entire cardinal financial company was extremely unpleasant. No one could follow through in an efficient manner and my file was delayed for an outrageous amount of time because of poor communication and follow through. This refinance took 4 months, and tens if not hundreds of phone calls to Cardinal to move things forward. In the end I was able to refinance, but the headache and stress was not worth it at all.
