I wish I can give this Mortgage company a BIG ZERO!!! Do NOT get your home loan with them. After being a first-time homebuyer for shortly after a year, they transferred my loan! I thought they were going out of business!!! NOT AT ALL! I called, and my answer was this happens all the time. So, I’M NOT HAPPY whatsoever. This happened on my 15th payment. And, they didn’t even provide me with a two-week notice!!!! Go to another company to get your home loan!
