We started working with this company in March of 09 to install a new privacy fence. It is now August and we are still waiting for the company to resolve issues with the fence (post not installed or concreted, post spliting, contractor not meeting instillation deadline (come on its been over 5 months). Cardinal hired a sub contractor to do the work. From the start we had issues with the sub contractors not showing up to install the fence.
