My 2 kids and myself had appointments at the same time because it's a bit of a drive. We have a very rambunctious 6 year old boy and I was a little nervous as to how he was going to act being that he had never been here before. They were so good with both of my kids, explained everything to them and even let them help when possible. I'm so happy we went and they have a nice selection of glasses to choose from. They charge absurd amount of money for poor quality frames etc. they also do business with companies that discriminate etc. thus condoning the abhorrent behavior. They even make trendy tik toks celebrating the company that literally harasses its employees.
Very friendly and helpful
Very personable staff, quick service and exceptional patient education. I really appreciated the team atmosphere and family feel. They informed me of any costs not covered by insurance and even offered me an itemized receipt for full transparency which rarely happens in healthcare! Highly recommend.
