Cardinal Exteriors replaced both our roof and gutters. They were timely, clean and had quality workmanship. I would use them again!!
Roof replaced after a hail storm in 2024, followed by incredibly poor customer service and communication (once they got their insurance money). They were on top of it to make sure they were able to receive their payout from my insurance, but I've since had two major leaks (flashing and underlayment needed replacement from their work) that they refused to respond about or fix. We had a need for a quick turnaround roof inspection for a home purchase. Jonathan worked with our realtor to schedule this for next day service. The report was excellent and timely, and I I would highly recommend Cardinal Roofing to anyone needing roofing services. Couldn't be happier!
Working with the team from Cardinal was a great experience. They assisted with our insurance process, provided support for solar removal and reinstallation and met established timeline.
Jonathan was a wonderful guide through the process of our new roof, beginning to end. He dealt with our insurance company, added roof vents that were not part of the original construction of our home (and very necessary in hot Colorado summers), was patient when we decided on a different shingle color, and walked the property when the job was complete. I/we wholeheartedly recommend Jonathan and Cardinal Roofing! Note: answering how much did we pay in this review below, our out of pocket was only about $2500.00!
