This is a crooked business that takes advantage of its customers. I am a young woman that doesn't know a ton about cars and the business owner exploited that and tried to screw me out of some money. I took my car yesterday to get inspected but I knew my breaklight was out so I went and bought a new bulb and brought it to them and asked them to simply change the bulb for me and them complete the inspection. I was bullied, insulted and cussed at for questioning excessive wait time for an inspection. Was told I would be out in 15 minutes and 45 minutes later my registration was crumpled and dropped at my feet. I will never return.
Been going here for over 10 years. Never had a problem and they have always been helpful and professional!
My family has used this business for 13 years and would highly recommend the ownership. Superior customer service.
Went for an oil change. Worker did not put parts back on correctly and the oil pan broke off while driving. When I took it back they said they would take care of it. Its now 2 months later and now they are saying it was broken when I brought it in originally. Person said he would talk to the owner and get back to me within the hour. Now 12 hours later and still waiting for that phone call...
