They are good. Problem is they no longer seem to care for their handicap elderly customers. They use to come on my property to get my trash can, as I am unable to pull it out to the curb. But apparently they don't do that anymore. I was told they don't have the time to do that any more. I wonder how many people on their routes ask for this to be done?
Great communication and they'll dispose of so many different items.
In all my years with Cardinal Disposal, I can't think of a single thing to complain about. They pick up everything, never miss us, and are always respectful and professional. Can't say the same thing of other company we have had in the past.
