Time and time again, this place proves to be the worst decision my husband and I have made. Customer service is non existent. God help you if you have to dispute a charge. They move this branch’s location down the street to what could not be a more inconvenient location given the traffic down that way. I drive completely out of my way to go to the ATM and it is completely shut off. No email saying “heads up customers, our ATM is down” to warn anyone. Nope, just wasted time and gas. Cannot wait to switch banks.
I can’t say enough good things about Cardinal Credit Union, and especially Jennifer Reshetar. She was absolutely fantastic helping me with my auto loan. Recently, we ended up needing to call in for assistance to set up mobile banking, and Jennifer Straka is the employee who took our phone call. Jennifer was amazing from start to finish! She was patient, kind, and a true problem solver for our situation. In a day and age where "good old fashioned quality customer service" can be hard to come by, Jennifer provided the type of excellent service that is truly appreciated. I have had nothing but great experiences with this branch. Specifically Monica Hudy. She was able to work with me on some financial issues I had and kept in constant contact with me, which really kept me on track and eager to fix my account status. She also listened when I was talking and she provided every possible way to get current. By her doing that made me feel as if she was on my side and not just a creditor looking to get their money and not care about the customer. I highly recommend working with her!
