When you contact customer service for any business you can only hope that the person on the other end will give you a resolution. In my experience, most representatives do the bare minimum to get you off the phone and out of their lives. It is just a job to them. Their 3.9 rating is probably too high. I came into this office to pay the balance of my loan off and the 2 representatives at the front desk looked at me like I was out of my mind. I first called to pay my balance and the rep said ohh just come in office it will be much easier. I'm only able to go on the weekend so had to wait till Saturday. I get there and they said "you can't do that here". Then they laughed and said we can't take payoffs just do it online. So literally the exact opposite of what I was told on the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would. Whoever Jessica is should be fired! She strung my mother ( who is almost 70 ) along for a loan telling her she is pretty positive she will be approved for a loan for THREE WEEKS!! When my mom demanded answers after Jessica never calling my mother back and never answering calls saying she is never at work, she said she was denied! This employee and company should be fired and shut down. You give false hopes and can’t even do your job! Shame on you!!!!!

A great little credit union. The staff are always friendly helpful and good at their jobs. You can even get money out of your account without a card at the ATM.
