This is my home branch! They are courteous, professional, and AMAZING!
Time and time again, this place proves to be the worst decision my husband and I have made. Customer service is non existent. God help you if you have to dispute a charge. They move this branch’s location down the street to what could not be a more inconvenient location given the traffic down that way. I drive completely out of my way to go to the ATM and it is completely shut off. No email saying “heads up customers, our ATM is down” to warn anyone. Nope, just wasted time and gas. Cannot wait to switch banks.
I can’t say enough good things about Cardinal Credit Union, and especially Jennifer Reshetar. She was absolutely fantastic helping me with my auto loan.
