My dad and I moved my mom into Cardinal Court this week. Their motto is People.Passsion.Excellence. This motto was certainly shown this week! Mom's move in went so smoothly! We’ve been thoroughly impressed with the care that has been provided for my mom at cardinal court in Strongsville. From the minute, we walked through the door, and met Holly and the staff we knew we found the right place. It is extremely difficult to make this decision and finding the right care for our mom who who is dealing with Alzheimer’s disease was our priority. I feel the head “nurse” has too much power over the medical needs and the nurse practitioner that visits puts all control in her hands. She even said to me that he will do whatever she asks. He is not flexible to individual needs in my opinion.
