Every few days this is how they treat the area they work in. Leaving repairs to go back onto the HOA, raising costs. Zero ownership of repairs. There are several parts of the traffic circle, sidewalks, and edge of roads and an easier but .3 mile longer exit to avoid this; but they and their contracted workers choose this route and been choosing it despite complaints, for months in brightleaf. I have personally reported and got response. "Well talk to the drivers."
Cardinal Civil Company and their subsidiary, Aviator Asphalt Company, have been in my area extensively the past year in Durham, NC due to extensive development. Cardinal Civil Company is OK, although many times they have left marks and ruts in my yard despite the other side of the road having a larger area to park where no traffic flows.
