So great to work with. Discussed what was needed, and was given what turned out to be a very accurate estimate. (lower than some others I got as well). Work was done well, clean, quick and I love how the new deck looks. I never had to step foot at the project. The rickety old deck removed and a new one installed. Thanks Mel and her Cardinals.

Cardinal built out our unfinished basement space into a home office and music room. Scope included wall furring, acoustical treatments, gypsum, texture, paint, flooring, trim/base and built in butcher block counter atop lower cabinets. I was very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work and functionality of the space. Will definitely be using Mel's team again in the future!

Cardinal construction is great. Mel and her team were professional and did an amazing job on our project.We just renovated our two bathrooms. We had John working on them and they did great work and had a great attitude. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

Cardinal did our remodel during the height of COVID when nearly everything was shut down. While the schedule did suffer, the work went on and the finished product was just what we hoped for. She and her crew were seasoned pros and handled all the normal bumps and curves in a project like this with ease - and with a smile. A pleasure to work with and I would recommend them for any project.
