The very worst apartment manager! She is unprofessional, disrespectful and discriminatory. She openly talks trash about residents to other residents. She has attempted to force a resident to sign legally binding paperwork when that resident has a Power of Attorney was not available. She is rude to Nursing and Housekeeping staff. She has refused requests for ADA Reasonable Accommodation as relates to the parking of physically disabled residents. She has refused to give the contact of the “Board” she works for.
