We called CCC when we were bringing my mom home from the hospital and she clearly was going to need round-the-clock care, at least in the short term. No other agency even responded (Friday afternoon) til the next week. CCC, on the other hand, was on hand instantly, with Susie and several others coming in as needed on very short notice and including overnights.
