If I could add 10 stars I would! I benefitted from an inpatient stay for two weeks last July (2024) and another 5 week stay in October/November 2024. I couldn't be happier to hear that they have now re-opened albeit via PROMIS and Portobello. Everything about Cardinal is amazing. The food, the rooms, the staff including all the admin and service staff, the groups....just EVERYTHING! And the grounds are just beautiful, adding to the mental health support....expertly maintained by Darren and his team. The building itself is st... read more

Probably the most uncaring, unthinking clinic - having been referred by my GP, they just send a voice message saying they would not treat severe depression and 'good luck'. Somebody posted they are a money making machine - I'm not surprised with that attitude to people - they just want easy cash patients!
