I’m not a frequent patron and my experience may be different than others. Dropped off 2 pair of slacks and 2 dress shirts. I was returned 2 slacks and 2 shirts and I paid $35, and the items were hung in my car for me. I arrived home to see the invoice stapled to my items said $24. Also, one of the shirts is not mine. I guess I paid about a 50% gratuity without realizing it and have someone else’s shirt.
Wonderful customer service!! The lady's here are so wonderful and polite.
I’ve used their services for decades and have been pleased with their work.
