The movers are good. BUT…. Here is my story and suggestions. I had water damage happen to my Tempe, AZ house. Cardinal Clean was referred by the restoration company. Cardinal Clean PRO came to my house and gave me a quotation. AFTER they pack-out, I confirmed verbally twice with their PM and Accountant that the estimation price would be accurate, and I PAID IN FULL for all the bills.
