Very professional and his work was great
We had a small area on our relatively new carpet of 3 years upon which I had spilled some bleach. We contacted Michael of Cardinal Carpet and Care. He responded immediately and set up an appointment within 3 days. I sent him pictures of the area & he returned with a reasonable price. He texted the day before the repair to verify that he would be at our house at the agreed upon time. On the day of repair, he arrived right on time. Michael does an excellent job. He cleaned our carpets and removed all the pet stains. He repaired a spot that was badly ripped by our dog. Looks brand new. I like that he was the person that cleaned. I will use him again.
Michael was great to work with. Excellent communication and the end result I am thrilled with.
