My 2nd time buying at Cardinal Camera. First time I bought a 5diii, but they had none in stock. Got it 4 days later. This time I originally had them order a Canon 5ds body and lens. Waited 7 days to get a phone call saying the owner can't find one anywhere and needed more time. Anxious to get the camera, I said if he was able to get the 5dsr, I'd be willing to pay the extra $200. Got a call back saying they had one at the Charlotte location and they overnighted it to Salem. Called with a few questions, the guy who answered (Salem NH- Sunday @12:00.) was extremely unpleasant and rude, made me feel as if I was wasting his time. I will be taking business elsewhere! Do not deal with this place!
