Great customer service!! I walked in panicked because my front wheel and pedals were stuck and I needed to get my bike in a case to fly with it. They immediately helped me get the pedals and wheel off and also helped me pack the bike, taking care to additionally wrap the rotors. They treated me like their best customer or an old friend, and this was my first time in the shop!! Great people and attention to detail, definitely will be back. Thank you!!!
