The BEST detail job in mentor, no exaggeration! My car interior looks brand new, only 1.5 hour wait & very comfortable chairs in the waiting room - Lexi and her coworker are so nice, the positive interactions with them was the best part of my experience here. Very grateful for how well they treated me AND my car! Will always be coming back here.
This car wash in Mentor is great! I’ve been coming here for my two cars for the last three years, and they always do a pretty good job. I recently had a problem with my car where the rubber on the bonnet came loose during the scrubbing. I think the scrubber needs to be fixed, which is the only thing I’d recommend. Otherwise, the staff working there are fantastic!
I joined the VIP Text Club to receive a free car wash and was immediately impressed with both the quality of the wash and the excellent customer service. Blake was especially helpful—very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I was so impressed that I signed up the same day for the unlimited monthly Cardinal Car Wash and even got the first month for just $1! Great experience all around. Highly recommend!
