I took my dog to Cardinal Animal Hospital on Dec. 19 to be groomed. The front desk staff asked me do I want her groomed like her prior visits. I said yes. When I got by dog back the haircut was not like the priors but left way 2 long. I was not upset at all. I told this to the front desk staff and told them no big deal. I will just bring her back after the holidays to be re-groomed.
