Awesome!! Matt and his assistant came right in and found the issue with our HVAC unit. They were both knowledgeable and down to earth. They identified an igniter switch that had gone bad. Matt had the unit fixed and working in less then 30 mins! I definitely recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs. A ++++ service!
I can't express how wonderful this company is. We went without heat for 10 days due to our landlord NOT being responsive, I called and Laurie was familiar with the company we rent from and was able to get a tech to us immediately. She was able to take the stress of communicating with our landlord for payment so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. She went above and beyond! When our A/C went out multiple times, we've had different people come out to diagnosis and repair it. But Cardinal Aire is the ONLY company that we're 100% professional, GREAT customer service, and most importantly NEVER let us sit with no A/C for more than 8hrs.
